Place an order online anytime or by phone 1-844-623-3211 or 1-844-MADDA-11 TOLL FREE Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern and Saturday - Sunday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. 

Madda Fella processes orders within 48 - hours of placement (this includes next day and 2 day orders). We do our best to process orders placed before 12pm EST that same day. Orders ship, Monday - Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays via UPS or USPS ground. Free shipping on orders over $100. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it.

For our International friends, your rates are calculated separately and Madda Fella does not cover import fees.

ORDERS SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship your purchases to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

 

PO BOXES, and APO ADDRESS

Please make sure your PO or APO can accept a boxed order. We cannot ship two day or overnight to PO boxes.

 

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on the shipping address. The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed.

Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and is approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. The following states will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order: FL, VA.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Returns and exchanges are always free for U.S. orders. Please note - an email is required to generate a return label online. If you did not check out using an email address, call our customer support at 1-844-623-3211.

Final Sale items cannot be returned. An exchange request will be reviewed by our team for final sale items. Returns labels are not provided for exchanges of final sale items.

The Madda Fella Guarantee is as clear as the emerald waters of Key West…100% customer satisfaction. We are happy to make any changes necessary for fit or preference. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Item’s sent back that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.

Worn and washed products may be returned if damage is due to manufacture defect. Returns after 60 days of purchase will be reviewed and may be subject to a reduced refund or store credit. Please allow for transit time from your location.

If you have received a gift with purchase and choose to return the items qualifying your order for the gift, the gift must also be returned. You will receive a deduction from your refund for the price of the gift if not returned.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange. If a final sale item is returned, there will be a restocking fee of up to 50% of the paid price. 

 

Any products that are marked down on our website are not eligible for additional discounts.
