Prize Draw Terms and Conditions for Mile 0 Fest Sweepstakes


  1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw
  2. This prize draw is open to U.S. residents aged 21 years or over. Proof of age will be required.
  3. Employees of Madda Fella and Ocean Key Resort & Spa, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible for this drawing.
  4. Entries must be received by noon EST, on December 13th, 2019. Madda Fella and Ocean Key Resort & Spa accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach us by the relevant closing date for any reason. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
  5. Only one entry per person.
  6. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on December 13th, 2019. There will be one winner.
  7. The prize for the winner is a three-night stay at Ocean Key Resort & Spa (January 30 - February 2), $250 Gift Certificate to on-line Madda Fella store, and $500 travel voucher.  Winner responsible for any tax associated with this prize. No further allowances included.
  8. The winners will be notified via email by December 13th, 2019. Proof of age required.
  9. Madda Fella and Ocean Key Resort & Spa will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent for inclusion in Madda Fella and Ocean Key Resort & Spa's communications program, which includes periodic emails and notifications.
  10. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
  11. Madda Fella and/or Ocean Key Resort & Spa may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Madda Fella and/or Ocean Key Resort & Spa's opinion) or who, in Madda Fella and/or Ocean Key Resort & Spa's opinion sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Madda Fella and/or Ocean Key Resort & Spa.
  12. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  13. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.
